Stay Compliant And Protect Your Company

Employee Relations keeps your employees compliant with it's online training modules. Training can be taken through any Internet accessible computer using our proprietary employee only website www.GoEmployee.com. We will also keep track of who has and who has not taken the training. Training is available in English and Spanish.

Customer Information Safeguard Training - "Gramm-Leach-Bliley" (GLB Act)

This course will provide training for employees, which is a requirement imposed by the Federal Trade Commission. Annual training for employees that have taken the initial training is recommended. Training needs of new hires should be accomplished prior to being allowed access to customer NPI.

Employee Relations will provide an online program that can satisfy your training needs and provide documentation that can be used to show both effort and intent to comply with the law.

Sexual Harassment Training

The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) defines sexual harassment in employment as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature.  Sexual harassment applies to both sexes.

Potential remedies under Title VII include reinstatement, back pay, attorneys' fees, injunctive orders, and compensatory and punitive damages.

Because Title VII caps available compensatory and punitive damages at $300,000 or less, depending on the size of the employer, a plaintiff who brings a successful state law claim may obtain a higher recovery than a federal claim.

If an employer is proactive and provides Sexual Harassment training to all their employees, along with a Hotline component, it may benefit from an affirmative defense.

Employee Relations will provide an online program training employees how to prevent harassment behavior. It will provide an acknowledgement of understanding and agreement to abide by the policy that can be signed by all employees and put into their personnel files.

Red Flags Training

The Federal Trade Commission and the Federal Financial Institution Regulatory Agencies have sent to the Federal Register for publication, rules on identity theft "red flags" and "address discrepancies". The rules require each financial institution and creditor (including auto dealerships) that holds any consumer account, or other account for which there is a reasonably foreseeable risk of identity theft, to develop and implement an Identity Theft Prevention Program (Program) for combating identity theft in connection with new and existing accounts.

Employee Relations will provide an online Employee training employees about the list of Red Flags, how to detect them, how to respond.
